The Investigations Division of the Sheriff's Office is composed of two detectives. The Criminal Investigations Division is tasked with the investigation of all crimes reported to the Sheriff's Office along with maintaining the Sex Offender Registry, processing evidence collected, and assisting other investigative units from both within the county and outside of Jefferson County which have investigations that carry over into our jurisdiction.
