Our Organization

Court Services is organized into three separate departments, Community Corrections, Pretrial Services, and Drug Court. Each of these departments serves a different type of participant but many of the services and programs provided are the same. Generally, participants are assessed, referred to services and programming if needed, and supervised for compliance with Court orders. Community Corrections works under the direction of the Community Corrections Advisory Board while Pretrial Services and Drug Court are directed by the Jefferson County Courts. A Court Services meeting calendar is to the left. A calendar of the classes that Court Services provides can be found on the Programs and Services page.

During COVID-19
