Drug Court Phases 1 - 3

Phase 1 - Acute Stabilization (Minimum 60 Days)

  • 2 drug screens per week
  • 2 office visits per week
  • Address housing
  • Change people, places and things
  • Comply with supervision
  • Comply with treatment
  • 9 p.m. Curfew
  • Develop case plan
  • Obtain medical assessment
  • Weekly court
  • Monthly Home visits

To Advance

  • Being honest
  • Clean time: minimum of 14 days
  • Office visits
  • Regular attendance at Treatment

Phase 2 - Clinical Stabilization (Minimum 90 Days)

  • 10 p.m. curfew
  • 2 drug screens per week
  • Address financial (budget assessment)
  • Comply with supervision
  • Continue to address medical needs
  • Continue changing people, places and things
  • End of phase begin focus on peer support groups
  • Engage with treatment
  • Maintain housing
  • Monthly home visits
  • Review case plan
  • Weekly court
  • Weekly office visits

To Advance

  • Clean time: minimum of 30 consecutive days
  • Compliance with supervision
  • Engaged with treatment

Phase 3 - Pro-Social Habilitation (Minimum 120 Days)

  • 11 p.m. curfew
  • 2 drug screens per week
  • Begin criminal thinking program
  • Biweekly Court
  • Comply with supervision
  • Continue to address medical needs
  • Demonstrate changing people, places and things
  • Engage with treatment
  • Establish pro-social activity
  • Monthly home visits
  • Review case plan
  • Weekly office visits

To Advance

  • Continue to address medical needs
  • Begin Pro-social activity
  • Begin recovery network
  • Clean time: minimum of 45 consecutive days
  • Compliance with supervision
  • Engaged with treatment
