PUBLIC HEARING ON THE JEFFERSON COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

Wednesday, April 21, 2021


The Jefferson County Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, 21 April 2021 beginning at or about 5:00 pm at the Community Building at the 4H Fairgrounds, 3767 IN-256, Madison, IN 47250 to provide interested citizens an opportunity to express their views on the recently completed Comprehensive Plan.  The Comprehensive Plan was paid for using local funds.  Representatives from Taylor Siefker Williams Design Group will present their findings and recommendations at the hearing.  Every effort will be made to allow persons to voice their opinions at the public hearing. Persons desiring to view a hard copy of the proposed Plan may do so by visiting the address above.  For additional information concerning the public hearing or for questions regarding the plan, please contact David Bramer at (812) 701-0902.

 

The Jefferson County Comprehensive Plan applies to all properties in the unincorporated areas of Jefferson County.  The Plan includes elements such as:
