The Automotive Safety Program has established a network of Permanent Fitting Stations. Permanent Fitting Stations are places where parents / care-givers can make an appointment to have their child safety seat inspected by a trained child passenger safety technician. The most current information is given to the participant and instruction on how to properly install the child safety seat for their children.
Location
Permanent Fitting Stations are located in approximately 122 locations across Indiana.
The Jefferson County Health Department houses Jefferson County's permanent Fitting Station; here you will find 3 certified child passenger safety technicians.
