Land Division

Any division of land in areas under our zoning control must meet all of the requirements of our current Planning Ordinance. There are only two exceptions to this requirement. 

First Exception

The first exception is that you may subdivide an existing parcel into one new parcel and one remaining parcel without compiling with our Planning Ordinance. Both the reaming parcel and the new parcel must conform to our current Zoning Ordinance, and neither can be divided again for a subsequent 365 days.

Second Exception

The second exception is that we will honor any subdivision of land as ordered by a court, without regard to our Zoning and Planning Ordinances.
